How long does production take?
Each item is custom made. Production typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks (14–21 days) after we have the information and reference materials needed to begin. This is production time before shipment, not transit time.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Flevae offers free shipping to destinations currently available at checkout.
How long does shipping take after dispatch?
Transit time varies by destination, region, and carrier. We do not state a fixed transit time because those factors can differ for each order.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking information will be provided when it is available through the Shopify fulfillment and carrier service used for your order.
Can I review the finished item before it ships?
Yes. We provide a final preview before shipment, and you may request reasonable revisions to details before dispatch.
Can I return or refund a custom item?
Custom and personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable for ordinary change-of-mind requests. If an item is damaged in transit, has a clear defect, or another exceptional problem occurs, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assess an appropriate resolution.
