Shipping coverage and cost
Flevae offers free shipping on all products to destinations currently available at checkout. Our shipping coverage includes many countries in North America and Europe, as well as selected destinations in other regions. Destination availability is determined by the options shown at checkout; we do not guarantee delivery to every country or territory.
Production time
Each Flevae item is custom made. Production typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks (14–21 days) after we have the information and reference materials needed to begin. This is production or handling time before shipment, not transit time.
Before shipment, we will provide a final preview. You may request reasonable revisions to details before the item is dispatched.
Shipping and transit time
Transit time begins after the order has shipped. It varies by destination, region, and the carrier handling the parcel. Because those factors differ, we do not state or guarantee a fixed transit time.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when it is available through the Shopify fulfillment and carrier service used for your order.
