Overview
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Flevae website and to orders placed with Flevae Studio. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this site.
Custom nature of our products
Our products are custom-made or personalized from the information and reference materials you provide. Handmade results may include reasonable artistic and material variations. Product examples are illustrative and do not promise an identical result.
Customer-submitted photos and information
You are responsible for providing clear, accurate reference photos and order information. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any photo or other content you submit and that our use of it to create and support your order will not violate another person's rights. You must not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
You grant Flevae a limited permission to use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to communicate with you, create, fulfill, deliver, and support your order. We will not use customer-submitted photos for unrelated marketing without separate permission.
Order review, production, and confirmation
Production typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks (14–21 days) after we have the information and materials needed to begin. This is production time, not shipping transit time. Before shipment, we provide a final preview and allow reasonable revision requests within the scope of the order. Production or shipment may be delayed while required information or approval is outstanding.
Payment
Payment is due through the payment methods offered at checkout. The amount and currency shown at checkout apply to the order. An order is not accepted for production until payment and the required order information are received.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Because the product is made specifically for you, cancellation is not guaranteed after production begins. Any available resolution will depend on the work already completed and applicable law.
Shipping
Shipping is free to destinations currently enabled at checkout. Transit time varies by destination, region, and carrier and is separate from the 2–3 week production period. Tracking information is provided when available. Please review our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns, refunds, and after-sales support
Custom and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable for ordinary change-of-mind requests. Damage in transit, clear defects, and other exceptional problems may be handled separately. You should report such issues within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. Intellectual property and website content
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding, product examples, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Flevae and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or exploited without permission. Rights in customer-submitted materials remain with their respective owners, subject to the limited permission described above.
Acceptable website use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use the Services for unlawful or infringing purposes.
Availability and changes
We may correct errors, update information, or change or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary. If a change materially affects an accepted order, we will contact you and handle the order consistently with these terms and applicable law.
